SAFETY STANDARD

Imagine freely. Harm is blocked clearly.

kaykai respects fictional storytelling but does not allow explicit sexual content, minor exploitation, non-consensual sexual acts, real-world harm, or self-harm encouragement. Eligibility follows the Terms of Service.

1. Strictly prohibited content

  • Explicit sexual depictions, nudity, or other adult sexual content
  • Sexual depiction or exploitation of minors or characters who appear to be minors
  • Content that glorifies or instructs non-consensual sexual acts, including rape, coercion, or drug-facilitated assault
  • Characters that imitate or impersonate real people, including their voice or likeness; threats of harm, stalking, doxxing, or hate-based attacks against real people
  • Content that encourages suicide or self-harm or provides concrete methods
  • Actionable instructions for illegal activity, malware, weapons, or dangerous materials

2. AI safety controls and moderation

All chat inputs, AI outputs, and character-authored content pass automatic safety classification. A first-pass rule-based filter runs immediately; where an external moderation classifier is configured, a second pass runs as well. If classifiers fail, affected content is blocked conservatively.

High-risk outputs are blocked or replaced with crisis resources. Automated systems are imperfect and may misread context. AI replies are fictional generations and do not replace professional counseling or emergency services.

3. Reporting and enforcement

Report via the character-page report control or safety@kaykai.space. Include a URL, account or character name, and a description of the issue—do not send unnecessary sensitive data. Copyright or publicity claims should include rightsholder verification details and the allegedly infringing URL.

Depending on risk we may hide content, limit accounts, preserve evidence, offer review, or report to authorities. If you believe a decision was wrong, request review at the same address.

4. Singapore crisis resources

If you are in immediate danger, call Singapore emergency 995 or go to the nearest emergency department.

If you are outside Singapore, contact your local emergency number or regional crisis service.

5. Transparency

Chat surfaces continuously indicate AI generation. When enforcement criteria or contacts change, we update the effective date on this page.
