Response expectations

We aim for a first reply to general inquiries within 7 business days. Privacy requests that need identity checks are handled after safe verification; complex requests receive progress updates. Privacy complaints should go first to privacy@kaykai.space; if unresolved after internal review, you may contact Singapore PDPC or another competent authority.
